College Search, Application, and Financial Aid Package Options
Senior Year Packages
(Initial Senior Year Consultation: $100 - Applied toward Package III purchase)
College Search
- Work with students to determine college goals and desired college factors/characteristics.
- Search and find “best fit” colleges and universities to which to apply (match student wishes and qualifications to college factors).
- Recommend Safety, Best Match, and Reach schools to which to apply (maximum of 10 schools total).
- Provide list of “best fit” colleges and universities to which to apply
Cost: $300
Student Résumé
- Work with student to recall and organize important activities, accomplishments and honors.
- Work with student to create detailed resume in format preferred by college admission officers.
Cost: $200
Package I (Includes maximum of 10 college/university applications).
- All of the above.
- Research and identify all required application materials for student-selected colleges and universities.
- Delivery of paper copies of all application materials (for completion as draft applications).
- Completion of Table of Application Deadlines and Essay Prompts.
- Completion of Master Checklist of Application Tasks.
Cost: $1,100
Package II
- All of the above.
- Outline tasks required to request, complete and submit Letters of Recommendation.
- Research and identify campus-based scholarships and grants requiring special applications.
- Outline tasks to apply for campus-based, federal and state scholarships and grants.
- Provide deadlines for campus-based, federal and state scholarship and grant applications.
Cost: $1,950
Package III
- All of the above.
- Write cover letter for mailing required paper application materials.
- Review applications prior to online submittal.
- All of the above PLUS e-mail reminders throughout the year with steps to prepare for college enrollment.
Cost: $2,150
Package III (with essay review)
- Critique and edit essays, short-answer responses, 1-2 sentence and single-word responses. Service is limited to 3 long-answer and 3 short-answer essays. Additional essay editing includes a charge of $75 per long-answer essay and $35 per short-answer essay.
Cost: $2,450

Junior Year Packages
Services Include:
- Review of class curriculum and provide recommendations to enhance opportunities for college admission.
- Review of extracurricular activities and provide recommendations to build/enhance student qualifications.
- Prepare student to ensure their adult recommenders write outstanding letters of recommendation on their behalf.
- Assist with selection of a college major.
- Provide guidance for selection of a student theme for college application materials.
- Provide instructions and recommended schedule for completing ACT and SAT tests.
- Recommend post-junior year summer activities to maximize student qualifications.
- Provide thorough preparation for the senior year college application and financial aid processes.
- Give reminders throughout the academic year for completion of crucial college preparation tasks.
Cost: $500
OPTIONAL SERVICES: College search and résumé generation (described below) will be used to prepare for spring semester college visits. Fees will be applied toward senior year costs.

Services Include:
- Review of course curriculum and provide recommendations to build student academic qualifications.
- Assist with planning extracurricular activities to increase student potential for college admission.
- Work with student to set goals and to provide motivation for achieving those goals.
- Provide periodic checks on student progress with reaching agreed upon goals.
Cost: $100 for initial consultation, $100/hour for additional consultation
